Our shop features state-of-the-art turning, milling, and boring machines from the most dependable brands in the industry, including Doosan, Haas, and Fryer. These machines give our expert operators precision control and accurate, powerful tooling to produce exact results.
Throughout the entire machining process, our team consistently inspects the parts for accuracy using various tools and inspection equipment, including Sunnen gauges, optical comparators, profilometers, and a Wenzel CMM machine.
The Wenzel CMM machine features the latest version of OpenDMIS, an industry leader in CMM software, and a Renishaw PH10M motorized indexing head which can be oriented in 720 repeatable positions. These two features allow for fully-automated dimensional checking of parts. All these instruments and more are housed in our climate-controlled clean room environment to ensure accurate results.
