At Precise Machine Company we understand the importance of ensuring our customers exact tolerance and precision machining quality on every part we manufacture.
That's why we have a variety of quality control and inspection instruments on hand such as our Wenzel CMM machine, 10 precision Sunnen bore gages, optical comparators, and profilometers. All housed in our temperature controlled clean room environment to ensure thorough results. From raw material to final examination you can be assured that your parts are being meticulously inspected and monitored every step of the way. Our CMM’s feature the latest version of OpenDMIS, an industry leader in CMM software, and a Renishaw PH10M motorized indexing head which can be orientated in 720 repeatable positions. These two features allow for fully automated dimensional checking of parts. Precise is an ISO 9001:2015 certified and ITAR registered precision contract manufacturer. Our commitment is to ensure the highest of standards and deliver our customers with quality finished products and components. |
